03 - Arrange 10–15 gummy bears at the bottom of each serving cup (you can use clear cups for best visual effect).
04 - Pour the warm lemonade gelatin mixture over the gummy bears, filling each cup.

06 - Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices if desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • If you secretly love playful, party-ready desserts that spark conversation, this is your treat.
  • It’s as fun to assemble as it is to eat and doubles as edible decor for any summer table.
02 -
  • Once I tried rushing the setting time, and ended up with a drippy mess—don’t skip the full chill, no matter how tempting.
  • I discovered that using bottled lemon juice makes the flavor flat, so fresh really does matter here.
03 -
  • Let the gelatin stand (bloom) before heating—it really makes a difference in texture.
  • Gently tilt the cups in the fridge to set at an angle if you want a modern, diagonal candy stripe effect.
