  • Marinade: 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed), 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional), 1 small garlic clove, thinly sliced, ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional), Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Garnish: 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, Zest of ½ lemon
